PayKasse is a payment checkout platform that enables Shopify merchants to offer a custom, branded checkout experience to their customers. The platform is operated by:
By creating a merchant account, installing the PayKasse integration, or allowing customers to check out through our platform, you (the "Merchant") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
End customers who complete a purchase through a merchant's PayKasse-powered checkout also agree to these Terms with respect to the checkout process and payment handling.
PayKasse provides:
As a merchant using PayKasse, you agree to:
PayKasse facilitates payments but is not itself a payment processor. All payments are processed directly through the merchant's connected payment accounts (Stripe, Ziina, etc.). Funds flow directly from the customer to the merchant's payment account — PayKasse does not hold, escrow, or intermediate funds.
The merchant is solely responsible for all payment disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and compliance with PCI-DSS requirements as required by their payment processor agreements.
You may not use PayKasse to sell:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these restrictions without prior notice.
All software, designs, trademarks, and content on the PayKasse platform are the property of PayKasse or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Merchants retain ownership of their own content, branding, and product data. By using the service, you grant PayKasse a limited licence to use your content solely to operate and deliver the service.
PayKasse operates on a subscription basis. Applicable plan fees are displayed in the merchant dashboard. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. We do not charge per-transaction fees — your payment processor fees are separate and governed by their own terms.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of your account. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavour to notify merchants in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayKasse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by the merchant in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PayKasse, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any dispute between you and your customers; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Merchants may close their account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where practical.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. Order data may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered merchants.
