PayKasse is a payment checkout platform operated by:

We provide Shopify merchants with a custom checkout experience, including payment processing, shipping management, and order handling.

Customer data (collected during checkout):

• Full name, email address, phone number
• Billing and shipping address
• Order details (items, quantities, amounts)
• Payment method information (processed securely by Stripe or Ziina — we never store raw card numbers)
• IP address and browser/device information

Merchant data (collected during account registration):

• Business name, email, and contact details
• Shopify store domain and API credentials (encrypted)
• Payment gateway API keys (encrypted at rest using AES-256)
• Configuration settings and preferences

• To process payments and fulfil customer orders
• To send order confirmations and transactional emails
• To calculate and apply shipping rates
• To synchronise orders with the merchant's Shopify store
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• To improve our platform and services
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Payment transactions on PayKasse are processed by trusted third-party payment processors:

• Stripe — for card payments, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Ziina — for Credit Card and Apple Pay processing. See Ziina's Privacy Policy.

We do not store, log, or have access to full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials. All payment data is handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment partners.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your checkout session, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.

We may also use third-party analytics and advertising pixels as configured by individual merchants (e.g. Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel). These are subject to the respective provider's privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• The merchant whose checkout you are using (to fulfil your order)
• Shopify — to create and sync orders on the merchant's store
• Payment processors (Stripe, Ziina) — to process your payment
• Shipping carriers — to calculate rates and fulfil delivery
• Legal authorities — when required by applicable law

We retain customer checkout data for as long as necessary to fulfil orders and comply with legal obligations (typically 5–7 years for financial records). Merchants may request deletion of their account data at any time by contacting us at support@paykasse.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials stored at rest
• Access controls and authentication for all internal systems
• Regular security reviews and monitoring

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability

PayKasse operates from the United Arab Emirates. When you use our services, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international data transfers in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
